that old ode moaned

sidhe who roamed labyrinths alone. 

An incarnation, 

subjugation, 

and subsequent capitulation. 

But then, from the forests rise 

a saga star-dusted by valkyrie ride, 

with you calling back in threes 

a reclaiming wail 

with liberation’s decree: 

valour, and victory.
